Plasma TV Questions – I sprayed glass cleaner on a Plasma TV and now it’s gone all smudgy and streaky. How do I get rid of the marks

I’ve tried using a dry duster but the marks are still there and I don’t want to use any other sprays. You can see them especially bad when the TV is off.
